DBF FLOORING AND REMODELING

This company initially did a great job with the installation. They ripped out and replaced my entire house's carpet in just one day. However, they didn't have enough carpet to replace the master closet, so they came back the next day to finish it. The carpet they installed in the master closet is different and cheaper than the rest of the carpet they installed in the rest of the house. After they left I noticed that they failed to secure two steps in the middle of the stairway, and they didn't nail down the very bottom step as well. The carpet on the two steps in the middle pulls away and is a very dangerous tripping hazard. I have contacted this company about this problem on 25 different occassions, through 16 text messages and 9 phone calls. They have promised to come out and fix it repeatedly over the last three months, but they have never shown up. Now they won't answer my phone calls, text messages, or e-mails, and I'm left with two steps in the middle of my stairs that dangerously rip away because they weren't secured. If I had given this review on the same day, I would have given 5 stars. But after seeing the cheaper carpet in my closet, finding the tripping hazards in the middle of my stairs, and experiencing their poor customer service and outright refusal to fix a dangerous situation, I have to give them a 1 star. I would not recommend them.
