Stacey and his crew were courteous and professional before, during and after the job. The price was fair and there was no attempt to up-sale additional features or services. They answered my questions and respected my concerns during the entire process. The job (replacing a/c coil and furnace) took longer than originally estimated. But considering it was close to 100+ deg. in my attic, I understand. I will hire Calahan Construction to do additional work at my home.

Calahan Construction in my opinion is one of Dallas, TX finest Construction & Air Condition Companies. We have made Calahan Construction our go to company for almost all our home needs. Work performed at our home is as follows: May 31, 2014 Replaced, delivered, and Installed new Water Heater $700.00 June 3, 2014 Complete Bathroom Remodeled $8,682.50 Bathroom remodel (Replaced shower with new tile, made two niches for shower accessories, built up the shower floor to install corresponding tile to replace a shower pan, replaced shower fixtures, and framed shower doors with frameless shower door. They torn out both vanities including sinks and fixtures, and replaced them with new ones. Replaced tile completely around the tub area, created a niche on the wall over tub, and installed new tub fixtures to match the vanity fixtures. Also, hand craved and stained oak towel rack, and two medicine cabinets all three recessed in the wall. January 30, 2015 Foundation Plumbing Repair $2,600.00 Replaced a hot water pipe that burst under foundation. Calahan responded to our repair quickly (within 4 hours) and perform the repair (even jack hamming) with the upmost professionalism. The owner Stacey Calahan was always present on each job, as well as conducted a large portion of the work. This is the only company that I have dealt with that would always call back after the work was done (the same day or night) to check on the performance! Pricing - Very Fair compared to the Competition I had approximately three other estimates for the job some came in at $23,000.00 - $15,000.00 without any involvement from me-those contractors subcontract out everything; tile, shower doors, painting, cabinets, and exclusive vanity company etc. I had a budget, and to keep the price within that budget Calahan gave me allowances for my tile, vanities, and fixtures of my choice however, if I went over that amount then the contract would be adjusted. The work that was not part of the contract was the painting, mirrors, and light fixtures, however they hung the mirrors, and installed the light fixtures. All the work is under a one year warranty so the company stand behind their work! Unlike most companies, Stacey Calahan, the owner, was very involved with my project, and conducted most of the work with his team. He explained each day what his team was going to do the next day, and texted me each morning when his team was on the way to my house. One Note: They were very neat laying out large painters drapes throughout the house, and the clean-up each day was superb!!! With all that being said, I am very pleased with the work, and love my bathroom!! I am planning on other project in the future for Calahan Construction. C. Booker

I called Calahan Construction for a quote on replacing my HVAC system that was over 20 years old. Stacey Calahan himself came out and gave me a quote. He was one of 4 I had that day. He was the only one that provided a quote that day. I also had all the duct work removed from underneath my home and moved into the attic. Stacey and his crew were extremely nice and worked hard to get the job done in two days. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely check with Stacey in the future if I need anything else done at my home.

Calahan Construction & Air has worked on our home and rent houses for several years. A prior a/c man made many trips to our home trying to figure out why our a/c was continuously turning on and off, we gave up on him and called Calahan. Stacey Calahan figured it out within 10 minutes. He’s been our a/c heat guy ever since! He knows a/c heat units inside and out. Very Trustworthy! Very Professional!
