We had an after hours emergency with our water heater. We called Hobbs Mechanical on a referral from a friend and they told us that they would come out to help us and explained it would cost extra since they had to get a technician out on their day off. I was so happy they would come help me and assumed it would be more since I knew they were closed. We ended up needing a new water heater. The technician went with my husband to the LOWE'S to show him the best water heaters to get. He installed it and we haven't had any issues with it since. Since we had such a positive experience we called Hobbs again when our HVAC system went out. The technician suggested we get a new unit but we didn't have the money to buy a new one at the time so he cleaned it out and did a tune up to get it running again but warned us that the unit would not last too much longer. It was such a relief to us since it was SO SO HOT! We would definitely hire them again!
