A horrible experience to say the least. After showing up and diagnosing the problem as a circuit board on the back of the refrigerator and that it would only take a day or two to get the part in I paid him $365 for a new part before getting any service. Then not until a week later he sent a tech out to install the part which was not packaged and for some reason they had already removed my part which is all very sketchy. The tech installed a new part it did not do anything to solve the problem of the refrigerator cooling, and he had no idea what to do after that. Now I have spent $365 for a part that I have no idea if it is new or not and I called the owner who assured me he would show up today between 12 and two and it is 4 o’clock in the afternoon after spending the whole day home waiting on him I’m not happy at all. The customer service is horrible to say the least and it shows me that I have no priority, Even after receiving nothing but problems and delays. I would not use this company and would not trust him to know what they are doing.

Have been waiting a week for our refrigerator to be fixed he will only respond via text took the money and keeps saying was waiting on the part to come in. Yesterday he said he was trying to make it out here and now today he is stating he is without a car and a buddy is to be coming and picking him up. I dont recommend him to anyone very unprofessional please watch out. He still hasn't come

This was possibly the worst buying experience I have ever had. I purchased a washer and dryer from Joe from Facebook Marketplace. While the washer and dryer were delivered promptly, I was not informed that the dryer would not be installed, yet was charged a $100 installation fee. (This would amount to stacking and plugging in the dryer, with me later having to unstack the dryer, install the duct work, and restack it myself.) Additionally, the washer was installed incorrectly, causing leaking. The service techs that arrived to do this work were friendly enough, however they left my laundry room and living room a mess, left water in the laundry room and were visibly irritated that I had questions about the installation of the dryer. Eyes were rolled when I wasn't sure about the location of the nearest Home Depot. Eventually, a decision was reached, where Joe would send out a tech the next day to install the dryer for me, with the duct work. I was told this was not a service they typically provided (though the tech that was there previously said the duct work is usually in the dryer, it just wasn't in this one), but they would do it for me "if it helped." I spent all day messaging Joe, asking for a timeframe in which I could expect the tech. I received several messages in response, ranging from "let me find out, I'll get with you soon," to "waiting for him to call in" and when I finally requested a refund of my installation fee, figuring I could find someone else to install the units for $100 instead of wasting my time waiting, he told me the tech would "reach out" to me within 15 minutes. I waited 20, and got no response. When I reported this to Joe, he read my message and did not respond. Around 6:15, I finally received a response from the technician saying that he would not be able to come out to install my washer and dryer. He relayed to me that Joe would offer me a $40 refund for me to find someone else to do it, if it was "a pressing matter" that couldn't wait until Monday. I find it incredible that I waited an entire day and another tech couldn't be sent out to do this work. As of this moment, I have a leaking washer and a nonfunctional dryer sitting in my living room that I paid an incredibly steep installation price for. I would avoid this company if at all possible. I will update as needed, hopefully this is resolved by Monday and I can share something more positive. -- Edit, Monday 7/22: I checked in with Joe around 3:00 to be sure we were on track for a tech to arrive between 4:30 and 6:00 pm as previously agreed. After receiving no response for an hour, I asked him to please respond so I knew what the situation was and if I needed to get an outside technician. He responded: "Do outside one" At this point, I told him I would need a full refund of my installation fee. I pointed out to him that the repair to my washer should be covered under his "30 day warranty" and I requested clarification on why I couldn't get a tech out to my location, despite being extremely patient and willing to work with him and his company. His response to this was, "Would be tomorrow". I asked for further clarification on this point, as we had a prior agreement. His response was "Guy laid out". I would like to point out at this point I have received no apology, no professionalism of any kind, no sign of interest in fixing the problem. I gave him the same time parameters, as I am a teacher returning to school, and told him that if he couldn't get a tech out that I would need a full refund of my installation fee, at minimum. I assume that if I have to have repairs done, I will be reimbursed for those as well. I will update tomorrow, and I really, really hope I can upgrade my rating and have a functioning washer and dryer. - Edit, Tuesday 7/23 Despite multiple attempts to get a technician out, Joe has declined to provide service. I believe this puts him in breach of his 30 day warranty that he assures.
