I needed a sunroom torn down and was thinking about building a deck. Kraig came over and measured the structure and looked at how it was up against the house. He gave me an excellent quote. He also told me about the concrete slab under the sunroom. He said if you want to save some money just use the concrete slab as a patio. I love how he has integrity. The next day he arrived with a helper and took down the sunroom in a few hours. He came back the next day to put up some boards on the house to give a nice border for the back door. He cleaned up and made it look like there was never a sunroom there. Definitely using him for my other remodel projects.
