Frank's Roofing Solutions

Frank and Frank's team installed 3 roofs on my property in one day. He had 10 people out, maybe more and materials were delivered with a fork lift/cherry picker. They also had machines that took the shingles/material to the roof, which saves alot of time. My shingles on all three roofs were removed, decking was replaced as needed, Ice and Water shield was laid, felt was installed, drip edge and then 130 MPH rated shingles were installed. My yard was debris free after Frank's team left. There weren't nails or old shingles left in my yard and they even hauled off some gas vents that I didn't need on my house anymore. A few days later my 5" gutters were replaced with 6" gutters with gutter guards, one piece of fascia needed to be replaced as well. Work was started and completed within a week of requesting a roof. I didn't have to wait two weeks or a month. Some companies will make you wait that long, maybe longer in extreme situations. I dealt with Frank directly, and every encounter I had was pleasant and I had no problems with him whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him to any homeowner needing roofing work.
