| Master Bathroom Conversion | Jan 2019 | The customer's bathroom was very dated and had leaks around the toilet that had damaged the sub floor and ceiling below. They wanted to no only fix the damage and upgrade to new fixtures, but wanted to relocate from where the tub was located to a new 60 inch shower. This required removal of the tub and framing the space for the shower and vanity. It caused the space for the vanity to be tight but the customer really wanted that large shower and didn't want to raise the window beside the toilet.
