This business is not legal. Owner demands CASH payment only because his business is illegal. He has no license and is collects disability from the state; hence the reason his "business" is not above board. This is why he only accepts cash. He wants no record of payments in the form of checks or credit card payments; this would, of course, be proof that he's collecting income while stealing disability income for supposedly being unable to work due to his bogus " injuries. The IRS has been notified of his fraud and theft of taxpayer money. His work is, at best, extremely poor quality. He couldn't care less about the quality of work he does, if you could even call it work. He's in this purely as a means of stealing from not only the IRS, but the people who are unfortunate enough to believe his completely fraudulent claim that he's an experienced contractor. He's a drug addict, currently serving a 3 year sentence in Stateville prison for aggravated assault. He has a an extensive criminal history to include murder, armed robbery (to support a drug addiction), 2 convictions for aggavated assault, telephone harrassment, and he hasnt had a driver's license since 1984 due to numerous DUI's. Do you really want this sociopath in your home?

Shabby work. Cuts corners and doesnt appear to know what he's doing. I got the impression he was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Overcharges and underperforms. A fraud. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOSER.

I was an employee of Mr. Girard. He is--by far'-the worst boss Ive ever had. His standards are the LOWEST. He does extremely shabby work, caring only about getting paid, but not paying his employees. He cuts corners. He frequently shows up to work under the influence--he's an alcoholic and cocaine addict. His work is extremely poor quality. He cares about nothing except getting the money in his pocket. He will milk a project for months, putting in, at best, one or two hours of actual work, but hanging around the job site for 8 or 9 hours to collect 8-9 hours of pay. He's a convicted murderer, armed robber, and twice convicted of aggravated assault. He's a sociopath. AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOME! HE'S A FRAUD AND A DANGER TO THE PUBLIC!!!
