About Creative Renovations, Inc.
Founded by Tim Williams in 1986, Creative Renovations, Inc. specializes in major additions, sunrooms, screen porches, and outdoor leisure areas such as decks, stone patios, outdoor kitchens, etc. With our design-build service, we are able to handle the entire range of our client's needs from designing the entire project to working from client-supplied plans. Our goal is "to make the project look like the original builder did it." When we're finished with the job, we want it to "look like we've never been there." We have hundreds of satisfied customers throughout the Triange who will gladly verify all of the above. Many of their letters can be viewed on our website on our references page.

Tim and his team were extremely professional and skilled craftsman. our screened in porch is absolutely more than i could have hoped for. its totally revived our household & entertainment possibilities. The team was excellent, and very professional. top quality! would highly recommend Creative Renovations, Cary NC.

We were very pleased with the major renovations made to our home. The renovations included new windows and doors, repaired chimney, new direct-exhaust fireplace, remodeled stairs, hardwood installed on two floors, and painting of the house exterior. The workers were friendly, considerate, and performed all the work in a timely fashion. It is like coming home to a new house without the bother of moving. I highly recommend Creative Renovations.

Tim and company did a outstanding job on our enclosed screened in porch addition to our home. The quality of the work was exceptional and the process was painless. Any questions or concerns were met quickly and competently. We have a parade of homes house and I was concerned about how the addition would look, the finished product looks like it is original to the house. We have received many compliment from our neighbors.
