First Class Renovations

Do not waste your time contacting this company. He is very unprofessional and undependable. He cancelled one appointment, showed up for the next one and seemed to have knowledge of what we were wanting in terms of a bathroom remodel, updating staircase, new decking. He said he would email my wife photos/information since he didn't have the brochures with him and would also email the estimates. We never received either. He told us he would be able to provide the estimates within the end of the week/weekend. He told us on Friday that he would come out on the following Monday morning and disconnect our tub and also bring the estimates. He never showed up, we tried contacting him by text and phone and he rejected our calls. We had a meeting at 12 noon and had to leave so we asked our daughter to call and let him know if he showed up we would not be there and we had been trying to contact him. He returned her call (a number in which he was not familiar) but had not reached out to us, his potential clients of whom he had scheduled the appointment with for Monday morning. He finally texted my wife around 1 pm and said he had been in a meeting and did not realize that we had a confirmed appointment today and would be out the following morning, Tuesday, 2/27/18, which we agreed. We asked if he had any estimates available so we could review prior to our meeting in the morning. He replies to my wife at the end of the business day on Monday, 2/26/18, that he will not be taking any more work over the next 4 months and he had just signed a contract that would obligate all of his time and he was not the right fit for our remodel. He wasted his and our time for the last week and continued to mislead us by saying he would have the estimates and he also told our mutual friend he thought he could definitely provide the work we were needing in a reasonable price range. In our opinion, he is definitely not the "first class" company he advertises.
