I HAVE NEVER MET HUMANS THAT ARE SO COMFORTABLE LYING TO YOUR FACE TIME AFTER TIME, like Matt Lyman, but especially ERIB GIBSON. - We signed contracts, they cashed checks, and didn't return calls for almost 3 weeks. - They promised to have our basement remodel for a daycare done by the time our baby was due....they only made it to rough inspection...so now we are half done and trying to get another subcontractor in to finish the work (which is proving to be very tough to find somebody to finish after framing is done) - They said they were working on confirmed days, so my very pregnant wife would leave the house all day, only to find out later that they wouldn't show up. - They wouldn't pay their subcontractors so the subs started threatening liens on our house. We had to get a lawyer involved, so that we could pay the subcontractors directly, when Peak was trying to take us to court to pay through Peak, and not to subs. - Their estimate kept growing, and their line items changed with every new estimate. - They would talk disrespectfully about each other and saying how unprofessional the other is, saying they were dissolving the company because they couldn't rely on the other. **TRUST ME, TRYING TO SAVE A FEW BUCKS OVER OTHER CONTRACTORS BID IS NOT WORTH IT. PEAKS COSTS WILL GROW TO BE THE SAME AS OTHER BIDS. ERIC AND MATT ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
