Southern Island Homes by Streamline Contracting LLC

I contracted with them in May of 2017 to put a 6 foot addition on my house. The anticipated duration for this project was to be approximately 75 days. I paid final bill approx 12/12/17. He had 2 small items to take care of to finish the job. as of 1/22/18 they are not completed. He is a personable person however he failed to keep us informed of the progress or lack there of. He on several occasions told us that work was completed but when we checked it was not done. We are absentee home owners and it seems that a lot of the work was completed only in anticipation of us being there or while we were there. He began several other projects that seemed to take precedent to our work, even though it was on new house construction that did not yet have an owner. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication he had with us. there are numerous instances where he would fail to return our calls or messages. If we asked more than one question in a contact he would only answer one and leave the others outstanding
