I had a 3pm appointment to have Mark at Home Saver Chimney Sweeps come to sweep my chimney this afternoon. He called 15 minutes prior to let me know he was going to be an hour late; a little disappointing since I arranged to leave work early for this appt. While I had him on the phone, I asked to confirm that he would wear a mask while inside my house. "I don't do that" was his response. I asked if he was serious, and he said "dead serious." I told him to cancel. I see enough people dealing with and dying from Covid in the hospital I work, I am not going to allow anyone unmasked in my home, my safe place.
