Kratz Construction

I worked with Jeff Kratz for several years for repairs on my rental property in Catonsville. One job was many thousand dollars. He sometimes had a bit of a snarky attitude but I put up with it because the work was decent. Over the last year he has proven to be very unreliable. The last round of jobs it took 3 reminders just to get a quote. After approving the work I have waited now 8 weeks with no word or follow up from him even after offering to partially pay up front. I gave him one last chance but after 2 mores days of no response I give up. This guy is not very reliable and does not do what he says he will do. He gets 2 stars because he is competent if you can get him to follow through. I would not recommend him for that reason.
