Excellent customer service. I recently had a new HVAC system installed and I can't tell you how pleased I am with the install in addition to the professionalism and expertise of the installers. Highly recommend to anyone. Top notch!!!!

I can't thank Jason enough for making time for us this morning. A few days ago, our aging A/C unit started to freeze up. It had exhibited similar behavior a few years ago, so I was fairly certain it needed to be recharged. I called our normal HVAC company, but they couldn't find time to fit us into their schedule. By chance, I called Kowalski H&C this morning hoping they'd be able to get to us sometime in the not so distant future, and Jason showed up a little over an hour later to recharge our unit with coolant. I am so grateful for their responsiveness! I can assure you that when that old unit stops limping along, you'll be the first ones we call for the estimate for replacement. Thank you so, so much!
