Based in Cedar Falls, Skogman Homes is a home building specialist that offers custom home construction, green construction, and home building. In July 2013, a property owner hired them for a new construction project using a permit received from the city of Waterloo Community Development office; in June 2012, a property owner contracted them for a deck project using a permit also acquired from the city of Waterloo Community Development office.
