I would describe my experience with Total Masonry, except that I never ended up having one. I contacted them regarding having an estimate done for our driveway. No one came when they stated they were supposed to. A month later, my husband called, spoke with Tom, the owner, and he came out to look at the driveway. He told my husband he'd send his son out for an estimate. He never came. This was last October, and now that it's April, my husband called AGAIN, asking for the estimate...Tom said once more he'd have someone provide that estimate. Sure enough, no one ever did. So, we're sick of it, and we'll be taking our business elsewhere. Horrible communication.
