FFC Fencing Co is a pleasure to work with ! Weather conditions are a challenge in all outdoor construction. Snow plowed from my driveway pushed the neighbors fence in. FFC Fencing completed the fence repair project for me in a timely manner. They have done installations for me as well and I am always happy to call on them. Highly recommend :)

After having my patio partially fenced I decided to gate the area and went in. Two months later with minimal contact I called and spoke with Joe, who identified himself as the owner. He was very monotone, didn't show any concern for what I to him was bad customer service and to me they were busy and when I asked if I should get another installer said yes. Not anticipating getting the work done 2 hours later the original employee I dealt with named Josh called. He told me the materials were in and the install was scheduled for the following week, then telling me I had "forgotten" our conversation a few weeks earlier. He then advised me that they would not be doing the work because of my "bad attitude" when I spoke with Joe. I guess complaints about poor customer service are considered a bad attitude. The one star is because when the work that did get done was completed the workers were very efficient and did a good job. Obviously follow up business isn't their concern and of course if this is the attitude of ownership I wonder if they'll honor the warranty.
