Overdramatized reviews are not credible. With that said when a company shows up to your customers house unannounced, and unapproved at 6am, damages walls, and denies any responsibility the drama becomes evident. I went into the shop this morning at 10am to speak with the ownership about the disparity between facts, and fictions. Namely the company fiction that they caused no damage, and showing up at a lived in residential home at 6am is “just a little early”, and no big deal. During that interaction I was called “an insecure young punk” for daring to confront the ownership over blatant lies. I was also told to leave the premesis, and not to come back. My customer is a 60+ year old woman who lives alone, who’s husband died last fall, and who is fighting cancer, while still working. Put yourself in her shoes. 6am a company you have had no contact with shows up at your home unannounced, damages your newly remodeled home, and claims no responsibility. These services, if you could even call them that, are so far below industry standards they walk the line between negligent and delinquent. The ownership very blatantly has no desire to remedy customer concerns, on the basis of wrongdoing, at a fundamental level. Do yourself the favor of shopping with another company.
