The project was designed by Brentwood's certified universal design professional with features such as wider doorways, no floor transitions, roll-in shower, wheelchair accessible sinks, etc. This project won an award in 2013.

This was our 5th major addition/renovation for this homeowner - nearly doubling their square footage over a 5 year period. This addition on the front of their home featured a library on the main floor and extending their master bedroom on the upper floor. We installed cultured stone on the home's exterior, and transformed the Colonial look to a Craftsmen style home.
