Jason and his team at Jay Kon installed 2 new AC units for our home today. Job could not have gone smoother. They were professional, addressed all my questions and left my home spotless.. He switched my old thermostats -gratis, which were not part of the contracted work, as my old units were missing buttons and worn. Attention to detail and thorough. Clear instructions to register my new units for extended warranty. Highly recommend for heating and cooling needs.

Was referred to him for install of 2 units for a 2 zone house. What a mistake. Incomplete and incorrect installation of HVAC equipment. Would not supply warranty information and refused to finish work. Bought incorrect sized unit (told by numerous other HVAC servicers that this install was faulty. Had me use an oversized 2 ton unit for 500 square feet that did not fit and could not put in drain pan/pump), damaged walls and ductwork and committed breach of contract. Not techinically savvy, short tempered with poor attitude and unprofessional.
