They had one job. They left large portions of my carpet completely wet, and were not very helpful about it. I had to eventually get another company to fix their damage. Drummond's customer service (or lack thereof) was extremely rude, and resorted to insults, threats and overall bullying behavior. Never seen any "exclusive 10 step carpet cleaning process", or "100% customer satisfaction guarantee" - just a mediocre workmanship, phenomenally obnoxious demeanor, and zero ability to take responsibility for their work. Stay away from that one, hire a professional instead.
