We at Alair Homes Chandler are looking to provide the highest quality custom home building and renovation services to the entire City of Chandler region. We strive to make Chandler the most attractive and most popular City in the state of Arizona, but we also want Chandler to keep some of it's old world charm that Dr. Alexandler John Chandler brought to the region back in 1892. The grand opening of the San Marco's Hotel in 1913 took place a little over a year after the town was founded and is still a staple of the downtown Chandler area. The downtown area of Chandler still has the look and feel of the old world charm that was built back in the early 1900's. Chandler started out as a rural agricultural community but also had much livestock and yes Ostriches. Today Chandler also has an annual Ostrich festival where many people come out to from all over the country,but we also want to bring Chandler to the fore front in keeping with the new world tech knowledge like the new City Hall complex, Museumand by companies like Microchip, Motorola, and Intel.
