| Full Bahroom Remodel | Jun 2016 | This project consisted of the complete remodel of a typical 1970s bathroom. The bathroom construction was consistent with that of it's time to include mortar bed/tile shower, mortar bed/tile floor. and mortar bed tile walls approximately halfway up. The entire bathroom was gutted down to the studs. The framing suffered water damage and was replaced where necessary, the plumbing from the crawlspace up was replaced, vanity was custom built on-site, a new solid-surface shower with door was installed, granite tops, new plumbing fixtures, custom paint and of course new tile floors.
