We hired Ballou Builders to renovate our home in Narragansett. We worked with Justin and his team for 4-5 months which originally started as a small project, focused solely on the interior and infrastructure (i.e. heating, A/C, foundation) expanding to a complete exterior renovation due to the unique issues encountered with renovating the house. During the renovation they demonstrated quality work, never cutting corners along the way. We were working remote for much of project but he was very patient with us, having almost daily status updates of the project and many photos sent of the progress. We were lucky we had chosen Ballou Builders since they were able to handle the size and scope of the project which drastically expanded. They operate as a family business, have deep knowledge of South County and incorporate traditional style known to the area. We are extremely happy with the outcome of the renovation and constantly receive compliments from family, friends and neighbors. Thank you Justin and team!
