I have read reviews on this and other sites where scheduling seems to be an issue, but I did not have any issues with communication or scheduling. I entered into a contract with Massey to install a pool fence based upon a recommendation from a friend. The contract stated the fence would be completed in 2-4 weeks but a specific date was not identified. So, to allow them time to coordinate the sale and the installation, I called them a week later to set the install date. They set the date to have the materials delivered and start the install in one week. The delivery and install started on the dates they specified and they completed the install in one day, and I couldn't be more pleased. Perfect and clean installation. The attention detail such as cleaning the dirt removed from my grass and cleaning the complete area where they worked and where the materials were placed. Aside from seeing a new fence, you can't tell they were even here (okay, you can see the dirt on top of the poles where they had to dig). They met with me a few days prior to the delivery of the materials to go over exactly where the fence was to be installed and where the materials were to be placed. On the day of the install, they again went over exactly where the fence was going to be placed. Numerous reviews on other sites echo the scheduling and not calling to schedule the install are an issue. Come on, there needs to be some responsibility on our (customer's) part to contact them to follow-up to set a schedule for installation. Once I contacted them to set a date (and they did work around my schedule) they met every commitment. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you.

Very poor communication. Entered into contract on 8-20 promised 2-4 weeks completion, but most likely 3 weeks. No one called us for 5 weeks after several unreturned phone calls. Sonny Massey rescheduled twice. First because of the rain. Second time was a no call no show. This is where I lost my cool, because he tried to lie to cover the NC/NS. They do Excellent work, but they are very poor on meeting deadlines and communication. Job was for 350' of Vinyl fencing. Wished I didn't sign the contract. I despise being lied to. If you use this contractor keep a tight leash on then so you don't get delayed, or caught up in any more of Sonny's lies.
