New construction has always been my passion. Growing up, my father owned a construction company and later, I was Vice President of a construction company, too. Additionally, I have experienced great success in new homes sales, having worked as a community sales manager for a Calvert County Builder, a Charles County Builder, and currently for a Prince George's County Builder. The process of homebuilding is exciting and I still keep my hands into the mix with a support company that I own and operate for new home builders. This company, Home Builder Services Inc., provides quality assurance services and customer service/warranty services to builders - I have experience working with both small local builders as well as large National builders. My builder experience through the years includes services provided to companies such as K&P Builders, Wilkerson Builders, Centex Homes, K.Hovnanian (previously Washington Homes), Patriot Homes (Lennar), Rocky Gorge Homes, Thomas Homes and others. These experiences have provided me with a high level of knowledge in new construction and customer service.
