Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety

This is the second time I’ve used Smoke Alert, and once again, they delivered excellent service. Justin came out for both visits and was just as professional, knowledgeable, and thorough this time as the first. We’re unable to clean our dryer vent ourselves because it exits through the second floor and is too high for us to safely access — so having a trustworthy expert is essential. Justin handled the cleaning efficiently, and then went above and beyond by checking for other potential safety issues throughout the home. He pointed out a few important things, like expired smoke alarms that need replacing and the need for fire extinguishers on both floors. He clearly explained why these items were important for our safety, but never pressured us to make any purchases or do anything on the spot. I really appreciated his honesty and the way he prioritized education over sales. It's rare to find service professionals who genuinely care about your home and safety. I highly recommend Smoke Alert and Justin to anyone looking for reliable, top-quality service.
