Bean Electric

This company is horrible! They were assigned to me through my HOA to replace 5 tripping breakers. Chris came and changed only 1 when the work order was clearly for all 5 test breakers. So I had to place a new recall order but Chris tried charging me another service fee. He still only replaced two more on the 2nd visit. His boss told him not to replace them all because I didn’t pay the fee the 2nd time for the same issue. My issue is still unresolved!!!

This company was assigned to us by our Home warranty company AHS. When the electrician came out, he did not resolve the issue. We telephoned the home warranty company to ask for a re-call, and they required us to use the same company. Bean Electric later closed our re-call ticket without contacting us. One week later, we have been unable to reach anyone, and the electrical issue is still unresolved.

Would not recommend. Waste of money, unprofessional and our tech did not seem to know what he was doing. I hired another company who sent a technician and he was able to properly diagnose and fix the issue within 30 minutes.

Dont work with this guy!!! He took your money and never come back
