Kennard Renovations

Mr. Kennard was referred to me by a co-worker. I called him and he got in touch promptly. We talked and then scheduled a home visit. He was very professional at all times. He showed on time and I could tell by speaking with him he was well versed in his field. He emailed me a contract. Noting exactly what was to be done, expected deadlines and when they were to be met. A payment schedule with expected dates and even sent the schedule to my email calendar. He showed up on the work site daily and would always check in with me. His employees showed up every day on time and worked steadily, they were also Very professional and kind. Mr. Kennard and his staff were stellar in their work ethic, Professionalism and meeting the deadline on time. In my over 60 decades I have never seen such exceptional work. The work was completed yesterday and I have already referred him 3 times. My neighbor said my house looked brand new. I had rotted wood replaced, new siding done, my door painted an entire house and garage painted. All I can do is say “wow” and “thank you, God”. Blessing to Mr. Kennard and his staff. Sharron

They were GREAT! I called at the last minute to have a floor installed (I had the material) and they came out the next day and did a beautiful job. Very professional from start to finish. I will definitely use them again!

Reframed 2nd story window on 1940 brick home, did excellent work very quickly with no mess left. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Gastonia or the surrounding area. The price was unbeatable for what had to be done. I will be contacting them in the future for projects this old house will surely need.
