Multiple problems. Quotes 1 week work. 3 Weeks later they said they were done. Despite the fact that the door jamb extension was not installed, the bedroom window was still painted shut, every nail in the baseboard is still visible. I mentioned the door jamb extension several times and was assured it was going to be done. They blatantly didn't want or know how to do it. I reminded him the day before he said he was done. Unfortunately I was not home on the day he said he would do it. My wife said he just came in cleaned a little bit got his tools and left. Got angry because bathtub surround was barely attached to the wall. They came back to fix. Finally after 2 weeks I had a working shower. First time I shower all the "coating" that they applied to a brand new tub started flaking off. Why did they paint a brand new tub to begin with? Sent an email to the owner stating I did not trust the guy doing the work. Owner didn't seem willing to send anyone else out and was not willing to come out to inspect himself. Advised they will fix it and that I need to tell them what's wrong. Why should I have to tell them the jobs not done. Covering nail holes and cleaning up is part of the job. I have an exposed switch in the hallway they never bothered to cover up, and now I can't find the cover. They didn't replace the bathroom fan. They cleaned the old one and put it back. It sounds awful. When the quote explicitly says replacement They told me they can't fix the problem unless I communicate what I am not satisfied with. They walked away from the job before it was finished. I told them to fix the coating on the tub and not to touch anything else that I would fix it. almost 5k wasted on poor quality work. I finally decided after back and forth emails that i was wasting my time and I would have to finish the job myself. What would take me 1 day would take them 3 and my job would probably look better. The worker that was in my house was nice enough but never on time. Sometimes 4 hours late. I let him borrow a gas can because one day his excuse was he ran out of gas. Never got the gas can back.
