If you are looking for an unreliable thief then look no further! I hired Shad (if this is his real name) with Crawford's New Heights- phone number (828) 544-2352 to repair a piece of my popcorn ceiling. It has been over a month and he: 1) still owes me money for a return he credited to his account and not my card; and 2) pretended to be his wife texting me that he is in the hospital with Covid on a ventilator. I have never had anyone this unreliable in my life. The ceiling looks awful and I have to hire a new company to come and fix it. I wish I read his reviews before ever calling him. This guy is a trash bag loser and comes across as a drug addict. Buyer Beware!

Absolutely avoid using Shad Crawford -Home Improvement/Refresh & Repair Within 3 months of completing a deck repair project, multiple boards and nails are released in numerous places demonstrated that ring-shank galvanized nails were not used as documented in the estimate. 90 percent of the nails are rusted and simultaneously staining the deck black. Also untreated wood was used in various positions resulting in discoloring and warping. The project was initially guaranteed completion in 4 days and ultimately it took over a month. When offered the opportunity to correct issues or address concerns all calls and texts were not returned. I now am forced to hire an additional company to both undo and redo the majority of the work. Avoid the complete despair and frustration, loss of money and time and do not use Shad Crawford -Home Improvement/Refresh & Repair.

I have had multiple things done on my home from replacing my roof and built a handy cap ramp and remodeled a bathroom to make it handy cap accusable and a brand new deck on the back of my home and everything turned out great. would recommend him for any jobs that need done.
