Beware of this company. Avoid at all costs. If I could give negative stars I would as this company doesn’t deserve 1 - star rating. I called multiple times (and left a voicemail with each call). The service tech/owner/ office never returned a single call. When it came time to install the microwave (for Lowes) the tech nor the office never confirmed the appointment nor picked up the product. We have been providing all the communication for 30 days without a microwave. The warranty company was finally able to get him on the phone and he stated he would possibly be able to do it the day it was scheduled for but wouldn’t be able to pick up the microwave from Lowes(less than 1 mile from my home). He has still never contacted me.

This man is 100% a fraud. He was scheduled through my home warranty company to look at my dishwasher. I needed to contact him before he arrived...he was impossible to contact. Only after calling multiple times, leaving a voicemail, calling the home warranty company to have him reach out to me, and sending texts, did he get back to me. When he did arrive, he disassembled the dishwasher, told me he needed to come back with a replacement part, took the service fee, and I never heard from him again. Looking at other reviews after the fact, this is not the first time he's pulled this stunt. Avoid him at all costs.
