Was paid and hired in beginning of August and has not completed work 2 1/2 months later...

This job was purchased thru Angie's List at a discounted rate of $149 for 6 man hours of labor. After visiting the job site, I explained to the customer that the work could not be accomplished with in the 6 man hour time frame, so the customer decided not to proceed with the work.
