Lilian cleaning services

First of all, communications was (is) a problem English is not even a second or third language. There services were cancelled and rescheduled several times due to "personal reasons". The always were in a hurry to leave and spent less than half the time that other cleaners spent cleaning. I worked with them when the had baby sitting problems and allowed them to bring the baby... Then I began to notice all the things that they did not clean. Some things were starting to get what I call "greasy" dust because they had NEVER dusted or wiped them. Glass door was just wiped with dirty water. You could write your name in the dirt. When I tried to point this out to them this morning, they just packed up and walked out. Their English speaking daughter, on the phone said they did not like being shown the dirty items...and I only showed them 3 or four not nearly all of them. I could not believe that they would behave in this way, especially after I had excused the many times they called with an excuse not to show up. If you think this is a bad review, you should have seen it before I re-wrote it.
