About All City Heat and Air
In 1974, Gene Poplin founded All City Heat and Air. With his expertise and knowledge, and the satisfaction he received from helping people, he decided to begin his own residential HVAC service company. From the very beginning, All City developed personal and trusting relationships with clients. News about All City and Gene’s honest, expert service spread quickly throughout the Charlotte area. Gene found the need to grow the company but wanted to keep the small company feel – providing expert, professional services while developing relationships. Gene eventually retired and All City management was handed over to long-time service technician, Jeffrey Buhl. Ernie Brummitt also joined All City’s management, bringing his 25+ years of service experience to the company. Together, Jeff and Ernie have carried on Gene’s vision of a customer-first company built on honesty and integrity. All City is devoted to providing clients with excellent heating and cooling services while treating them like family. This commitment to customer service is what has customers raving and has helped All City become one of the oldest HVAC service companies in the Charlotte, NC area.
