Extremely expensive is an understatement. Found a licensed electrician to complete the work for $400 - rather than the $1,300 to $1,600 that Michael & Son Charlotte asked for. Makes you wonder if they really respect their customers...as for me - I am not wondering at all.

We had a new water heater and several light fixtures installed. Bryant, McKinney, Justin, and Derrick were all great and I reccomend them highly.

My repairman was extremely professional and friendly. He fixed my a/c unit in a timely matter, and explained each step in his inspection process. He presented the options for the repair, explained each, and gave the cost of each. Once I chose the option I wanted he set it up, then made sure I knew exactly what to do if the unit leaked again, and how to use the item he installed to fix the leak myself. I would/will definitely use them again.
