The company purchased a fire-ravaged bungalow and converted it into a green home, which serves as the company's model for future properties in a newly designed green planned community. The structure also houses a robust education center for clients to explore energy-efficient improvements that can be achieved in their own homes. As part of the project, TCS owner, Wayne Williams, and operations manager, Scott James, researched lighting options that were energy efficient, cost-effective, and manageable for their renovated space as well as the soon-to-be-built new homes.
