We hired Richard Nadelin and team to stain our fence. It has been a complete nightmare and we are left with a mistake-ridden, unfinished job that he has completely walked away from with no notice. Beware: This group does not know what they are doing and are extremely unprofessional. Apparently it is their MO to leave jobs unfinished. There are several other reviews on Nextdoor that mention the same behavior. I only wish I had read them before we hired him. Oh well, you live and you learn (and you finish the work you hired someone else to do).

Do not work with this company. Richard is unprofessional and incompetent. Hired him for a simple fence staining job and he left me with an absolute mess. When I tried to work with him to make the situation right he simply stopped responding to my messages.

DO NOT HIRE Richard Nadelin of Brothers Property Pros! I paid him in full for a patio paver project and he left me with a HUGE mess to clean up. I don't even think he actually did all of the work he was hired to do. He's a liar and a thief.

This is honestly the WORST company EVER! The owner (Richard) an arrogant piece of work. He isn’t reliable, isn’t honest, punctual, or professional at all. He also drinks on the job. His employees are the ONLY ones that make me not regret hiring this company to redo my fence doors . Hands down the most TERRIBLE company . Don’t hire Richard Nadelin for ANYTHING!
