We hired Ronald to skim-coat, prime, and finish coat around 600 Sq . Ft. of ceiling in our condominium. His price was the lowest we could find. Skim coating can be very difficult as it must be prepared well in order to get a good smooth finish. Ronald took the time to prepare the ceiling well before putting on the skim coat. He used a moist sponge to smooth the surface instead of sanding, which we appreciated very much due to no dust mess. We were very particular and each day we would point out places that needed touch-up. He never complained, fixed the spots, and did a great job. He had scheduled us for about 3 days , but it took around 5 days to complete, but the extra time was well worth it. The final results were very good and met our expectations completely. Ronald is a good-natured person, easy to work with, does a thorough job, cleans the work site well, and does an excellent job. If you want a person who does meticulous work, and is also low cost, Ronald is your man.
