To be fair, the work they did for us in removing the popcorn ceilings throughout the house was fantastic. However, we also hired them to install LED lighting in the house. This part of the project was a complete nightmare. I have a bathroom in the house where these lights were to be installed, the started the work in June, it is now September, and the lights are still not installed. The first set they tried to install was substandard and did not match any of the other lights they installed throughout the house. Also, they were wired incorrectly and shorted out when you turned them on. Those were removed, and now I have two holes n my ceiling while we wait, and wait, and wait some more for Popcorn Squad to show up to install the correct ones. They have repeatedly failed to show up when they said they would.

I had a great experience with Popcorn Squad. They put plastic all over the walls and floors so the dust didn't get everywhere. They did a great job, my mom is going to have them scrape her ceilings too.
