Website makes it sound like they give one price and stick to it. First quoted an exorbitant amount that included removing/replacing 2 toilets, but agreed as our main line was clogged. Turns out the first plumber didn't have the right equipment, so another came. The second plumber realized a clean out was available and he wouldn't have to remove the toilets. NONETHELESS, the final bill was almost double the initial quote. They did also replace 4 hot & cold valve kits not in the original quote but, in essence, these ended up costing us around $500.00 by the time they 'revised' the billing. Will not use again.
