On a Friday morning after our water heater was turned off by Piedimonte Natural Gas due to inadequate venting, my husband called 9 plumbers and Rightway was the first that came to evaluate the problem quickly and had a GM work into the evening to correct our problem. So glad they were referred to us by Porch Concierge.

Rightway replaced a leaking water heater. They first completed a tech eval that identified two non-compliant code violations and assessed the functioning of the water heater. It was determined that the best alternative was to replace the entire heater due to its age and current state of faulty operation. The new heater was quickly installed along with a new dual wall exhaust piping, expansion chamber, and copper tubing and fittings. All were properly insulated. The fitting of the tubing and soldering was precisely done. All work was completed, old heater removed and the site was cleaned up. The job was completed on time and for the price stated. I'll use these folks in the future for any plumbing work at my home. Don't think you'll find anyone better for technical expertise or price. All material were first rate. No short cuts.
