Absolutely miserable experience...get you on the hook at first by being responsive when you call and giving you an initial timeframe of when they we'll be there for your first appointment. Don't show up during timeframe, call two hours later to reschedule for the next day...next day comes and it's the same cycle. They couldn't commit to an exact time when they would come to my house. I felt like my project wasn't a priority, so I cancelled my project request. If I could give zero stars I would...a one star "poor" rating is better than the service I received.
