| Olsen Bathroom remodel | Apr 2015 | Initially (as with homes 50+ years old) we were only removing old fixtures, tub, old plumbing, electrical and plastered(metal lath and cement) walls. However, we gutted the entire bathroom to the frame and floor joists. We also found cause to have the home inspected for asbestos and found none! Issues with the structure of the band sills and floor joists were addressed and then rebuild. The project was a 3 week job in total. | $10k | Charlotte, NC |
