We offer a fully-transferable lifetime warranty on both the labor and material of your windows and doors. We offer vinyl replacement windows, patio doors and entry doors. Vinyl windows come in in double hung, casement, awning, slider, bay, bow, picture, garden, hopper, round top, and special shapes. Many colors and finishes are available as well. We offer hinged and sliding doors in several styles. Zen guarantees the highest quality and professionalism on the market. Had zen install 22 windows in march of 2016. I did a lot of research first about the type of windows and features i wanted the windows to have (supersaver spacer, constant force balance, sloped sill, lifetime warranty, night latches, virgin vinyl,...). Zen was able to meet every want I had in a window. The only negative was that one of the 22 windows was measured incorrectly and it took an extra 2-3 weeks to put in the last window as we had to wait for it to be ordered and produced. the original install was complete in 1 day (21 windows). The owner (Brian Zimmerman) was always available to answer my questions. anytime i emailed he would answer very quickly and was active through the process. After the project was completed I even got a hand written thank you note in which he apologized for the measuring error and the extra time it took.

I had 3 fixed windows replaced by Zen Windows of Carolina. They did a great job from beginning to end. They kept in contact with me during scheduling, did an excellent job with the install, cleaned up after they were done, and checked afterward to make sure I was satisfied. Also, I felt their pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

Zen Windows is amazing. They are professional, courteous, very price competitive, and actually 'listen' to the customer. In 2014, I contracted with Zen Windows to replace 17 windows in my 50 year old home. The estimate was quick, easy, and professional. The communications was thorough, accurate, and professional. The installation process was flawless, and the crew took extra care to ensure my property was cared for both inside and out. Customer service is outstanding. I can trust Brian and team are one phone call away from any questions or issues that arise. Brian and team are the best anyone could want. I had a great experience with Zen windows. Brian was great to work with and promptly got back to me when I had questions. Even after installation they are quick to respond and come out when needed. Great crew! They were very prompt, cordial and fast.
