We are a full service residential and commercial roofing and remodeling company. We serve all of Central Virginia. We have over 15 years experience with this business. We offer FREE estimates with no obligations... We pride ourselves on great customer service and 100% satisfaction! Our hours of operation are Mon.-Fri. 7am-5pm, however, we are willing to work on weekends to accommodate our clients needs, if need be. We also offer FREE inspections.

The company came and gave us an estimate to repair a leak. We agreed to hire them and were told we would be given a contract with a ball park estimate of $400. They showed up for work on the day agreed, but no contract was ever issued. The workers asked for payment, but we refused to pay without a contractual agreement. The repair caused more damage to the house and we went from having a small leak to a significant one. When the owner was contacted, he referred me to his project manager, who effectively refused to acknowledge any responsibility and we were unable to resolve the issue. We hired a different roofing contractor to repair the original problem and the damage done by Payne Roofing. Professional looking website is misleading to potential customers. Buyer beware.
