He is the best handyman/contractor I have ever used. Always fair and willing to tackle any size project with ease. I wish he were still here in Southern Cal. Lucky are you to have found him near you!

Karl recently relocated out of my area and I can never replace him. I have several rental properties and Karl was invaluable as he can do everything well. He is professional and was always there in an emergency. The best person I have ever worked with and the most dependable. Have no hesitation in recommending him and giving him the highest rating.
