He started a job at my home in late December and never finished it. Unfortunately he is my neighbor and I trusted him enough to pay him before the job was done. He claimed on the phone using swear words saying that we asked him not to come on Dec 29th as it was my husbands birthday. Then it was the wind then the rain ,every excuse. It's now march 15. 46 days later .i know it rained a lot during that time but certainly not 46 days.so after two polite texts asking him when he would finish, he said we were we were harassing him.At this point its march 15th. My husband texted him one last time and he immediately went into a rage... started swearing so my husband told him to never return,and ending up finishing the job himself.the job was a simple handrail up our front stairs.. he left overspray all over and the rail itself required three more coats of paint because it was already rusting. So big zero on the stars. This app doesn't accept zero stars so I had to put one.. he doesn't even deserve 1/2 star
