Your tech, Will Smith, recently cleaned my wife's grandmother's carpet. We were so impressed with Will and the quality and value of his work as well as the service that we couldn't wait to have Will come to our home to clean ours. I now understand why my wife was so excited to have it done. Our carpet and furniture hasn't looked this good since we bought it 5 years ago. Will was extremely knowlegable. Will Smith of Safe-Dry Chattanooga recently came to my home to clean our downstairs carpet, a couch and a loveseat. I was impressed from the moment I answered the door. Will was so polite, respectful and professional in every way. He arrived a few minutes early and was clean cut, dressed professionally and extremely knowledgable of his job, the process and answered any and all questions my wife and I asked. My dog even liked him. He gave us a time limit for the entire job and it was completed within that time frame. He asked if we had any concerns or questions for him and had no hesitation to answer everything.
